What You'll Get - The Plan Package
Your company name on the plan
The plan set
normally includes:
3- 3/16 scale
drawings on 11x17 B size paper (These are working sets)
1- 1/4 scale
drawing on 18x24 or 24x36 C or D size paper (Presentation set)
If the plan is too
large for 3/16 scale to fit on 11x17 paper 4- 1/4 sets on either C or D
size paper
Foundation Plan
This page shows
all necessary notations and dimensions including support columns, walls
and excavated and unexcavated areas. Type of foundation varies with each
plan .and the foundation(s) available for a particular design are shown
on the plan page for that plan.
Exterior Elevations
Scaled drawings of the front, rear, sides of the home. Information
pertaining to the exterior finish materials, roof pitches and exterior
height.
Detailed Floor Plans
The floor plans of your home accurately dimension the positioning of
all walls, doors, windows, stairs and permanent fixtures.
Typical Cross Section
A cut-away cross-section through the entire home shows your building
contractor the exact correlation of construction components at all
levels of the house. It will help to clarify the load bearing points
from the roof all the way down to the basement..
Floor Joist Plan
This page shows a schematic framing plan for
each living floor including span and lumber sizes.
Roof Plan
The information necessary to construct the roof will be included with
your home plans. Some plans will reference roof trusses, while many
others contain schematic framing plans. These framing plans will
indicate the lumber sizes necessary for the rafters and ridge boards.
Other Options
Reverse Plans
If you desire, we will furnish reverse plans. If you find that a
particular house plan would suit you or your lot better if it were
reversed There is an additional $75.00 fee for this service.
Plan Modifications
We can modify an existing plan to your
specifications. All modifications are done on an hourly fee basis based
on $50.00 per hour.
Custom Plan prices
start at $1500 and up.
