Kelloway Drafting Service is based out of Windham, New Hampshire. I'm a one man operation, my name is Bill Kelloway, I've been building and designing residential homes and additions for over 30 years. I believe my knowledge in construction from over 20 year of building and framing carpentry alone gives me a vast knowledge of building and structural design.
